Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only.
How long will my order take?
Orders are prepared within 5–10 business days. Once shipped, Economy delivery usually takes 5–10 business days, and Express is faster. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
How much is shipping?
Free Economy shipping on orders of $75 or more. Otherwise, Economy starts at $7.99 and Express at $9.99. The exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us at hello@thepasal.shop within 24 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to help. Once an order is processed, we may not be able to change it.
What sizes do you carry?
Our suits come in sizes 38, 40, 42 and 44. Available sizes are listed on each product page. We don't offer custom sizing, but if you're unsure which size to choose, email us before ordering and we'll help you pick.
Will the color look exactly like the photos?
We do our best to show colors accurately, but they may look slightly different depending on lighting and your screen. Many pieces are handcrafted, so small variations in color or embroidery are normal and part of their charm. Jewelry and accessories shown are for styling only and not included.
How should I care for my outfit?
Dry clean only to protect the fabric and embroidery. Do not bleach or tumble dry. Steam or iron on low heat on the reverse side.
Can I return or exchange an item?
All items are final sale and can't be returned or exchanged for change of mind, fit or size, so please check sizing before you order.
If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll send the same item as an exchange if it's in stock, or give you store credit for the full item price. Full return & refund policy
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, plus the other options shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely through Shopify.
