Our Store
Pasal is hosted on Shopify, which provides the online platform that lets us sell our products to you. Your purchases are made directly with Pasal, and Shopify is not responsible for any part of the sale between you and us.
Eligibility and Accounts
By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence, or that you have given consent for any minor in your care to use it. You're responsible for keeping your account information accurate and your password secure.
Our Products
We sell traditional Indian and Nepali wear, including sharara suits, salwar suits, kurtis and sarees. We do our best to show colors, embroidery and details accurately. Many pieces are handcrafted, though, so small variations in color, stitching or embellishment are normal and are not defects. Colors may also look slightly different depending on your screen. Please check the size details on each product page before ordering.
Pricing and Availability
All prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We may discontinue any product at any time. Occasionally there may be an error in a description, price or stock level. We reserve the right to correct it and to cancel any affected order. If we cancel an order after you've paid, we'll let you know and give you a full refund.
Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or raise concerns about fraud. Please review your order carefully before you place it. We may not be able to change or cancel it once it has been processed.
Payments
Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners. By placing an order, you confirm that you're authorized to use the payment method you provide.
Shipping, Returns and Privacy
Your purchase is also covered by our Shipping Policy, our Return & Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy, which are part of these Terms. All items are final sale, except as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

All content on this website belongs to Pasal or its content suppliers, including text, images, logos and design. You may not copy or use it without our written permission.
Prohibited Use
You may not use our site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe anyone's rights, to submit false information, or to interfere with the site's security or operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pasal is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that product.
