How long does shipping take?
Shipping times depend on the delivery method selected at checkout:
- Express Shipping: Arrives within 3–5 business days.
- Standard Shipping: Arrives within 5–10 business days.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email to follow your package.We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
Thank you for reaching out! Unfortunately, we currently only ship within the United States and Canada. We hope to offer international shipping to other countries in the future—be sure to follow our page for updates!
What is your return & exchange policy?
Returns & Exchanges Policy:
- Traditional / Indian Wear: Due to the custom, handcrafted nature of our designs and the built-in adjustable seams that allow for personalized home tailoring, all Indian wear (including sarees and kurtis) is final sale and non-returnable.
- Western Wear: Returns and exchanges are accepted on unworn, unwashed Western wear within 3 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached. Once altered, Western garments are no longer eligible for a return.
Do you Offer Custom size?
Unfortunately, we do not offer custom sizing at this time. However, we offer a variety of standard sizes to choose from! Please check our size chart to find your best match, and feel free to reach out if you need help selecting a size.
How should I care for my garment?
Fabric Care:
- Dry clean only
- Do not wash, bleach, or tumble dry
- Cool iron on reverse side if needed
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Yes, you can cancel or request changes to your order within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, your order goes into processing and can no longer be updated or canceled. Please reply directly to your order confirmation email with your request so we can assist you quickly!
