Cancellation policy

Pre-Order Cancellation Policy

When you place a pre-order with Pasal, you are not charged at checkout. Your payment method is saved securely, and we charge it only when your item is ready to ship, usually within 3–4 weeks.

How to cancel
You can cancel a pre-order at no cost at any time before it has been charged. Email us at hello@thepasal.shop with your order number and the item you’d like to cancel. We’ll confirm the cancellation by email, and your saved payment method won’t be charged.

After you’ve been charged
Once your pre-order has been charged and shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, and our Return & Refund Policy applies.

If we cancel
If an item becomes unavailable from our supplier, we’ll email you and cancel it. If you haven’t been charged, you won’t pay anything. If you have already been charged, we’ll give you a full refund to your original payment method.
